Software License
1. Owner
Document.Bot is proprietary software owned by Mick.Net PTE. LTD., 68 Circular Road #02-01, 049422, Singapore.
2. Limited license
Subject to your compliance with this license and the Terms of Use, Mick.Net PTE. LTD. grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Document.Bot for internal evaluation or business use.
3. Restrictions
Except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be excluded, you may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, publish, host, commercially exploit, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass technical protection measures, remove notices from, or use Document.Bot to build a competing product or service.
4. Ownership and notices
Mick.Net PTE. LTD. and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in Document.Bot. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You must not remove copyright, trade mark, license, attribution, or third-party notices.
5. Third-party components
Document.Bot includes third-party open-source components that remain licensed by their respective owners. See Third-party notices.
6. Beta builds and updates
Pre-release, beta, or evaluation builds may expire, change, stop working, or be withdrawn. Updates are covered by this license unless separate terms are provided.
7. No warranty
The software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mick.Net PTE. LTD. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost profit damages arising from or relating to the software.
9. Governing law
This license is governed by the laws of Singapore, without prejudice to mandatory rights or protections that may apply in your jurisdiction.
